As a live chat assistant, you will work from any location, harnessing the power of online communication to engage with customers via text on their website or through Facebook Messenger. It’s important to note that this position does not involve phone conversations.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to real-time chat messages on a their online platform or social media profiles. This includes addressing customer questions, providing product purchase links, and providing promotional offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, be able to operate on your own, closely stick to the provided guidelines, have at least 5 hours of availability per week, and possess a dependable connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours
Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
