WFH Facebook Support – Chat Coordinator / Remote

Our trusted partners are in need of adept online chat assistants to connect with customers seamlessly through the versatile medium of Facebook Messenger. Here’s the kicker – these roles are entirely remote, offering you the freedom to work from any corner of the world.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions by live chat on businesses’ websites and online social accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (US-based applicants preferred).
