Become part of our group as a Chat Support Representative and assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns through chat or email. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by clarifying issues, researching answers, and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a resolution is achieved. You will also escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
No past experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. We need individuals who can start work without delay.
Job Description: As an online chat representative, you will be paid to respond to online chat inquiries on a business’s website or social platforms. Your responsibilities include answering client queries, providing product links, and providing coupon codes.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Capability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
