At the heart of Shopify stores and e-commerce giants, your role as a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant is to bring that human touch to digital interactions. You’ll handle customer queries, provide solutions, and be the friendly face that makes a real difference.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses’ online platforms and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely stick to the provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work online (US candidates preferred).
