As a Work-From-Home (WAH) Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers by responding to general inquiries, effectively resolving issues through chat or email communication, and escalating unresolved matters when necessary. You will be empowered to research and provide accurate solutions to customer queries, with in-depth training provided for those without prior experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary role will involve responding to live chat inquiries on the brand’s website or social media platforms. This includes addressing buyer questions, sharing relevant sales URLs, and offering exclusive discounts.

Contract Length:

This position offers the flexibility of a no-fixed-term contract.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a device (phone/tablet/laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in closely following provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection

Location:

You can work entirely from home that allows you to work online from any location, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
