As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for handling online chat inquiries on businesses’ websites or online social accounts. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide product links, and offer discounts—all through online communication channels like Facebook Messenger. This role does not require face-to-face interactions and can be done entirely online from wherever you are.
Contract Details:
- Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
- Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
- Location: Remote work online from the United States.
